Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by WebSupport s.r.o., Karadžičova 12, 821 08 Bratislava, Slovakia. When you visit the pages, the server stores technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser). This data is used to operate the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted by the host after a short period.
Enquiry form, e-mail, phone and WhatsApp
If you contact us via the form, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details (name, e-mail, phone number, travel date, number of people, message) to answer your enquiry and prepare your trip (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed, at the latest after the statutory retention periods.
WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta). If you write to us via WhatsApp, its privacy terms also apply.
Cookies and consent
Necessary: we store your cookie choice in your browser (localStorage) so the banner does not appear on every visit.
Statistics (only with consent): with your consent we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics analyses how the website is used; IP addresses are shortened. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Marketing (only with consent): Google advertising services for measuring and personalising ads.

Fonts
The fonts used are stored directly on our server. No data is transferred to Google Fonts or other providers when you visit the website.
