About the excursion
The historic centre of Trnava is known for its large number of churches, which is why it is called Little Rome (parva Roma) or, today, the Slovak Rome. We take a walking tour through the old town: the seat of the archbishops with its many churches, two synagogues, the restored Renaissance tower, the old town hall, the plague column and the preserved town walls. We also visit the university founded in 1635 and the University Church. Coffee break next to the town hall and at the wine shop.
