High Tatras

The highest and most beautiful mountain landscape of the Carpathian arc — the High Tatras National Park — invites you to visit its three resorts Tatranská Lomnica, Starý Smokovec and Štrbské Pleso. We visit the Tatra National Park Museum, which presents the fauna and flora as well as history and folk costumes. In fine weather there is the option of a cable car ride to Skalnaté pleso (1,754 m; ride individual). A walk around the mountain lake Štrbské pleso (1,346 m) ends our day trip. For lunch we recommend a typical koliba restaurant (at your own expense).
